Welcome to The Moose Riders
The formation of District 9 was executed on April 29th, 2007 at Richmond East.  The board was accepted and we left the meeting with 33 members and a lot of enthusiasm toward the future. We now have 191 members, and ride every Sunday, meeting at different locations and going on "play-by-ear" rides.

We have some grand plans for the future. We have to crawl before we walk, but riding is no effort.

We have chosen the Victory Junction Gang and The Children's Burn Unit at MCV for our main charity interests, but are looking forward to doing as much as we can to aid others.  Moose Riders all over the United States are supporting Moose charities and Lodge functions as well as community functions.

The Moose Riders Association is open to all members of L.O.O.M or W.O.T.M. who are in good standing and their families.  A bike is not necessary to become a member.  Please go to the contact page if you are interested in joining or just have questions for us.  You will find Virginia state contacts that can tell you how to form your own chapter, should you not have one in your area.

Hello Everyone,

I hope you love snow, it sure is pretty to see, but as we all know it is not fun to drive in.  So I guess you have figured out that we are not having our Moose Riders Meeting Tonight.  We have not re-scheduled one for March because of all the other obligations others have.  So we look forward to seeing everyone in April.  Take Care Always

Sincerely,

Becky Jackson
